Garden Party

Another rainy morning in paradise.  Oh, I mentioned yesterday, it makes the garden look lush with that deep green that you usually don't get to see in summer.  Especially in Florida.

Pretty in pink on this rainy day.  Wish I could tell you the name of the plant, but I've forgotten and I've misplaced the marker.  In the background are my lemon trees (bushes, really).  I usually get about thirty buds, and half as many lemons per plant.  I think I love the lemon leaves as much as I love the fruit. The leaves are great to dress a centerpiece or to line a cheese platter.

This little setup doubles as an outdoor bar during the cooler months.

Check out the consevatories below.  It would be great to watch the rain from these vantage points, and still be able to have your garden party. Love the chairs.
